Some seasons and leadership challenges require greater depth.

Expanded Profile Assessments allow us to examine specific dimensions of behavior, personality, leadership, team dynamics, motivations, values, and potential growth edges with greater precision.

Professional assessment options include CQ behavioral assessments, team dynamic assessments, and Hogan leadership assessments. You can explore the available options and their investment levels, or work with your TCI professional to determine which assessment will provide the most meaningful insight.

You don't have to wait for your first appointment to begin building your profile. You may complete the foundational assessments and explore available expanded assessments before your first coaching session.

However, the TCI Life & Leadership Alignment Profile™ is a personalized component of the TCI coaching process and is not generated or delivered as a stand-alone assessment report.

If you are not currently a TCI client, we will hold your assessment results until after your first coaching session. This allows your TCI professional to understand your goals, context, and current season before integrating your assessment results into your personalized profile.

Your results provide information. Relationship and context help us transform that information into meaningful insight.
